The first Brambles Caf? opened in 1998 in the original Dundrum Shopping Centre. Today, Brambles remains proudly family-owned and family-operated. Since those early days, we have grown to a collection of caf?s across Dublin and beyond, building a loyal following and a reputation for handmade, honest, and delicious food prepared with care.
