It’s been a long weekend filled with barbecues and possibly, maybe, a few beers!
I don’t know about you but my body is craving nutrition. Veggies are the order of the day, so I thought I’d share this recipe for anyone who feels like I do, needy! This gorgeous Veggie Curry will light up your taste buds, trust me, I’m a carnivore but meat is not missed in this dish. It is spicy, creamy and dreamy!
I always find it is nice to eat vegetarian food at least once a week when I can. It’s a great way to eat on a budget without compromise. This 100% natural and flavorful dish is something we can all make and is very easy on the pocket. If you don’t have some of the spices in your cupboard don’t worry. Investing in spices is a good thing and will last a long time. They are perfect to keep in your pantry for at least 6 months, however trust me, once you start using whole spices they won’t last long!
The amazing thing about making food like this from scratch is that you can easily adapt it to many other curries. The basis of frying garlic, chilli and ginger is the start of all things which are great about curries. Try it for yourself and let us know what you think.
