When June raises its bright little head we all dream of gorgeous weather, sipping drinks and having barbeques. Ireland provides us with so many amazing things. The only problem is, weather isn’t one of them…
Well this year Ireland is treating us to quite a different summer and to celebrate the great weather we thought we’d share a few recipes with you for a lovely Barbeque filled weekend. After long discussions and copious amounts of tea we have decided that the below recipe is just right for this lovely July weekend.
We are making a delicious and frankly DAMN tasty marinated Jerk Pork Steak, Grilled Spring Onions and BBQ potatoes. If this wasn’t enough we are also serving homemade Lemonade. This is quick, tasty and seriously impressive if you’re having some friends around.

There are very few things better then a beer or glass of wine when eating outdoors. However sometimes you need something a bit more refreshing when eating in the sun. We have this gorgeous zingy lemonade to go with our fiery Jerk Pork. Be sure to give it a go this weekend and let us know what you think.
